Sophie advises clients on a wide range of sectors and policy areas including the environment, energy, waste, food, planning, local government and water. Having worked for a Shadow Environment Minister and Chair of the Environment Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee, Sophie has over 4 years experience in Westminster, where she researched and advised on environment, water, flooding, waste, planning and agriculture policy. She contributed to the formulation of policy within these sectors and was responsible for managing media and stakeholder relations. Sophie also assisted the Conservative Party in the successful 2010 election campaign. Before starting a career in policy and communications Sophie gained experience in shipping and assisted in the corporate finance department of a company operating in the media, entertainment and communications sectors.
